Inspiring Home

​I have been a passionate home cook for over 27 years. My first experience with catering came 26 years ago while working for a local Greek caterer in Rockford, Illinois. While traveling the world, I have had the opportunity to experience many different cultures and cuisines---from taking hands on classes in Italy to attending class at the Culinary Institute of America.

I am also passionate about teaching---having taught Large Group Children's Church and fitness programs for over 25 years.  Combining cooking with teaching is a real sweet spot for me, one that I have enjoyed doing both in my home, at special events and at the premier Cincinnati Venue, STIR. (Located in the heart of Montgomery, Ohio)​



I am a mother of 4 (and a Mimi!) and a native Cincinnatian. My husband and I , along with my youngest son (16) reside in Symmes Township.



"I have always believed that the heart of the home is the kitchen.  I guess its the place we always end up...family & friends breaking bread together, enjoying Gods blessings.  I grew up with a Mom who made wonderful food and believed in serving more than enough.  I guess my culinary point of view was formed by watching my Mom...



It was born out of love.  Expressing my appreciation for others through my food is at the heart of my passion for cooking. My desire is to share great recipes and cooking techniques that are accessible and doable for the home cook, so that when each participant leaves my class they can confidently say   "I can do that!"

It brings me great joy to share the process of creating food and art,  so I can't wait to gather round the table with you!

I also offer craft classes including mixed media canvas, mini scrapbooks, gift packaging, and seasonal decorating.
